How to request deletion

Option 1: delete it in the app (recommended)
Sign in, open Profile, scroll to the bottom and open "Delete account". Type the confirmation word in the box and run it: your account and its data are deleted completely, there and then.

Option 2: ask us by email (if you cannot use the app)
Write to the address below with the provider you sign in with (Google / Discord) and your display name (or user ID). We delete the account once we have confirmed it is yours.

What is deleted

• Account information (the identifier from your sign-in provider, display name, bio, avatar image)
• Sign-in session information
• Push notification tokens
• Scores and play records
• Records of follows, likes, saves and similar actions
• Games and comments you posted

Deleting individual data without deleting your account

You can delete the following yourself in the app while keeping your account.

• Games you posted (delete them from My games)
• Follows (unfollow)
• Likes (unlike)
• Saves (unsave)

Retention

Once we receive a deletion request we delete the data above promptly. Only where it is needed to prevent abuse, or where the law requires us to keep it, may we retain some information such as reports for as long as necessary.
